I have been shopping here exclusively for 9 years.
I 've noticed if you're not someone the guys are interested in, the help is no longer there.
In the past 3-4 months, they have lost their appeal to me.
Two guys standing at the register both times, and not once offered to hold the door so I could get out.
I will shop online if they continue to only help young attractive girls who don't need help.
It’s the only place I will shop for my pets. The customer service is outstanding. Not only do they know me and remember what my cats and dogs eat (and I have 6 total), they go and grab it for me then carry it to my car. My love affair with this place started years ago when I had two senior cats who weren’t eating and losing weight rapidly. The foods my Vet suggested weren’t doing the trick, so I headed into this great little shop. I left the store with multiple sample packs and instructions with how to try out the foods. My kitties found a favorite, got better, and lived another two years. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve gone in with various questions and pet issues and they’ve always had an answer. Love, love, love this place.
I have no problem paying a little more to support small, independent businesses - especially when they go above and beyond the way that these guys do. They are extremely helpful and even carry our dog food out to our car for us. We appreciate you guys, and so so our pups.
The Market Place pet Supply's store is the go -to place for all pet supplies if you live in Clarkston. They carry most every brand of dog and cat food. The staff is friendly and experienced. I also have a nice variety of dog collars, leashes, and pet grooming supplies. They are located on Dixie Highway just north of White Lake Road. The business has been at that location for a number of years.
I had surgery a month ago and have been there twice since. I need help walking, and both times struggled just to open the door.
I'm pulling away and see one of them carrying dog food out for another customer.
They have always been accommodating. Always offering to carry your purchase to the car, etc...
No better pet shop anywhere! Great prices and great selection. By the way I have been a customer for many years. The young men and the one lady are outstanding with their service and knowledge. Ignore the troll of an earlier post. This one dumps on every business. Kudos to you all!
