Very helpful and friendly staff. The storage area is clean and organized. Does not look like some storage facilities that appear to be junk collections. It is a very professional, secure operation.

I WAS ROBBED BY SOMEONE WHOM I BELIEVE HAS "REGULAR ACCESS" TO THE ACTIVITY LOG AND SURVEILLANCE!!! The thief took a valuable piece of furniture, and had to have knowledge of surveillance and the activity log of my comings and goings. I have never felt so violated. I had to call the sheriff's office. An employee I spoke with would not give me the owner's name and phone number to report the incident. Now I have to make this a legal case. Rent at your own risk!!!!
