Staff is Very bad and place is not worth it .

I love living here it's a small quiet community and never have no issues here I highly suggest and recommend this for anybody looking for a home to purchase
My family and I live right down the road in Bloomfield Hills, but needed to relocate. After looking at a couple of different places, we have found a home at clintonvilla. The other manufactured housing communities around here were not very personable, and quite honestly, their prices made us run!!! As anyone knows, Clarkston isn't a cheap place to live. Bottom line....we have a kick butt home, in a family friendly community.
People are constantly in each other's yard and being trashy. Cops are here regularly. People literally screaming across the street threatening to kill each other. People letting their dogs run loose. Trailers have burned down. Maintenance is pretty pleasant and responds quickly but uses recycled parts and if you need replacement items for the home they use the cheapest possible parts. We get at least two missed rent notices even though we always pay on time a year at least. Two stars because no one's been shot yet to my knowledge.
