Never going back. They really need to teach a class to them about customer service.
Over priced, but decent pizza
Staff were nice but nobody could figure out how to charge for the advertised sheet pizza deal. Coupon didn't made sense to them.
Exceptional customer service. Delivery is always on time. Over all a stupendous place to eat.
I don't understand the business concept. You send coupons out to customers for use but you don't allow them to use the coupons for delivery? (Coupon states can be used for delivery and a fee will apply, which is perfectly fine) This business model doesn't make sense when you charge a flat rate fee for delivery. You will make the same profit either way if I pick up the pizza or you deliver it to me.
I'll never go back. It had been 6 years since my last visit to this location because of a bad customer service experience. I decided to give them another try. I called in my order & told them of a coupon I had. When I arrived, I gave my name & handed the cashier the coupon. She looked at it & lifted it over her head as someone was walking by. When he continued to keep walking, she said "don't ignore me" she seemed irritated. When He came to the register, he examined the coupon front back, re read & re read & examined it again. Not even a hello or a smile or an acknowledgement that a customer was standing in front of him. I informed him that these Hunger Howie coupons were passed out at the Lions game a couple weeks ago. At that moment, He looked me right in the eye & said "we don't accept this coupon but BECAUSE I WANT YOUR MONEY, I'll DO IT THIS TIME." then cocked his head at me. Wow. I stood there in disbelief, shocked at what came out of his mouth. I paid, got my food items & left. Had I not been so famished or even so blown away at the rudeness of these employees I probably would have just walked out without paying & without food. I wish I would have because when I got home, opened the box my order was wrong.
