I would like to thank your staff at your Clarkston location. Jamie, Rebecca and Allsha for being there for me and walking though the procedure. I was very confortable and it was quick. I'm looking forward it have other things done in the further.

After being told my consultation would be free of charge, I was billed $180 for it. I was also pressured into having an ultrasound that I was assured would be covered by my insurance, and wasn't. I was told my bill would be waived. It wasn't. I elected to go to a certified vascular surgeon instead of Allure, who informed me that they fix botched medical procedures, that have been performed by Allure, on a regular basis. Also, the vascular surgeon charges a mere fraction of what Allure wanted to charge to fix varicose veina. Allure is a HUGE rip off!

Jamie is horrible!!!! I have been going to Allure in Clarkston for over two years & have always spent the same amount. Went in for my appt. today, waiting an hour in the exam room, had pictures taken and then Jaime comes in with my file to explain that if I don't spend at least another $200 she won't perform the procedure. WHAT!!!! An hour of my day wasted sitting in an exam room for the doctor to tell me that she has soooo many people coming to her that there is no time for me unless I am spending a certain amount of money!?! I ended up walking out due to her persistence & rudeness...great customer service today Jamie! Needless to say, I got it elsewhere today for the price I intended to pay with outstanding customer service & by professionals who were happy for the business. Allure is extremely over priced & greedy for more. I plan to advise others to look elsewhere to have their needs met.
Everyone is very professional and caring. They cater to each individuals own special needs. Katie, Nicole and Annie are awesome. Thanks for caring and making my experience a great one. I would strongly recommend this facility to everyone that I know.
