This office is only friendly to their schedule, they will not allow you to been seen by another physician in the practice whose is available.
The doctor was nice.The office staff was extremely rude and un-informative. I asked specifically if the office visit was going to be covered by insurance and was told yes. Then I received a ridiculously high bill in the mail with an extra $210 dollar fee for being a new patient. Which I was not. They said since they had to update somthing on my insurance is why the extra fee was there. I was calm and content during my entire conversation while the lady on the phone was yelling for no reason. This was completely unprofessional and unfair. I would not trust them or waste your time with them.
